Title: Venison Steaks W/ Quince Sauce

1 1/2lbVenison steak (1/2 inch
  Thick)
3tbButter
1/2cDry red wine
1tbChopped parsley
1tbChopped chives
1tbQuince or currant jelly
1/8tsNutmeg
  Salt and pepper

Fry steaks in butter, place on a warm platter,sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Add other ingredients to drippings, Bring to a boil, spoon over steaks.

It's quick and easy. Enjoy.
